Neil's experience spans over 30 years of Financial Services marketing, working for some of the worlds most well known brands across Consumer Lending, Credit Cards and General Insurance product lines. His longevity has allowed him to operate through various business cycles, from greenfield build outs (China), hyper growth markets (Indonesia), business re-orientations (Hong Kong) and challenging shrink-to-grow scenarios (Korea).
The individual has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on marketing and consumer lending. They have worked in various roles across different regions, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

2017 - 2023 : Generali Chief Customer Officer, Asia. Owned all Customer touchpoints led the digital transformation of customer journeys. He also implemented various projects under and umbrella Customer Centricity strategy, improving customer retention and engagement.
2016 - 2017 : FWD Chief Marketing Officer, Indonesia. Responsibilities spanning Brand Management, Direct and Digital Marketing. Implemented their first CX Survey and Program of works as well as market 1st Online to Offline Lead Generation and Agent Matching tool.
2012 - 2016 : AIG CMO & Head of D2C Distribution, APAC Responsible for marketing, product development, and all B2C and B2D2C distribution across multiple markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
2011 - 2102 : Citibank Regional Marketing Director, APAC: Responsible for delivering strategic projects such as optimizing brand marketing strategy and implementing a region wide retail branch concept.
2007 - 2011 : Citibank Head of Cards and Consumer Lending, Hong Kong: Managed a significant portfolio of assets, focusing on turning around the franchise and rebuilding market share through new partnerships, core propositions, and innovations.
2005 - 2006 : GE Money China General Manager, Sales and Marketing: Provided strategic consulting services to Shenzhen Development Bank, negotiating and managing co-brand credit card programs with leading international retailers.
2005 : GE Money Australia Director, Credit Cards: Led the rebranding and consolidation of two portfolios, launching new credit card propositions and achieving significant sales growth.
2003 - 2004 : GE Money Australia, CRM & Analytics Leader: Developed propensity models, identified pricing and fee opportunities, and provided customer insights through basket analysis.
